A special prayer meeting was organized on the occasion of 'World Animal Protection Day' in Sant Ishar Singh Public School Phase-7, Mohali. On this occasion, children gave special information about 'World Animal Protection Day' through poems, speeches and posters.
The purpose of celebrating this day is to save animals and spread awareness about them. In this regard, the ninth class students gave a message to protect forests and animals through 'dance'.
School Principal Inderjit Kaur Sandhu while addressing the students on this occasion said that for the protection of animals there should be animal husbandry institutions where stray animals and animal species can be taken care of. They gave a message to take care of pets.
School director Pawandeep Kaur Gill said that everyone should love animals whether they are big or small. He inspired the students to do animal welfare work.
