Patiala- Students of PM Shri Government Senior Secondary Smart School Tripti will be trained in disaster management, civil defense, first aid, CPR, fire safety and emergency assistance so that their students can become helping angels of the victims forever to help the victims.
Giving this information, Principal Dr. Narinder Kumar thanked the Government of Punjab and India and said that millions of people die due to natural and human disasters, wars, epidemics, traffic accidents, because people present at the spot are unable to provide proper assistance to the victims due to lack of training.
On this occasion, Mr. Kaka Ram Verma, Disaster Management, Civil Defense, First Aid, Fire Safety Instructor of Government of India and member of School Management Committee, told the students and teachers about the importance of training exercises of disaster management, civil defense, first aid, fire safety.
He gave training on causes of fire, gas leakage, electrical and petroleum accidents and immediate use and rescue of cylinders. He thanked the Principal Dr. Narinder Kumar for his human sensibilities and said that incidents like fire, gas leakage, electrical short circuit are happening in every home, house, commercial establishment, building, vehicle.
In such situations, precious lives and property can be saved by trained youth by taking immediate and correct steps. On this occasion, teacher Mrs. Varinder Kaur, Security and Harjeet Kaur, Retail subject in-charge gave full cooperation in giving training.
