Hisar:– To deal with incidents of fire, a fire mock drill was organised under the leadership of SDM Rajesh Khoth in the Joint Office Complex Building on Thursday. DSP Raj Singh, Siddharth Bishnoi and officers and employees of various departments participated in it. They were provided with necessary tips to deal with the incident of fire and training on the use of fire safety equipment.
Recently, a fire safety system has been installed in the Joint Office Complex Building. This system was also tested. First of all, artificial smoke was arranged. As soon as the smoke reached the smoke detector device, the siren started ringing in the building.
Officers and employees of all departments gathered on the ground floor. During this, SDM Rajesh Khoth said that disaster never comes with notice, to deal with it, be alert with the latest information.
By doing this, major accidents can be avoided. Fans, coolers, air conditioners and other electrical equipment should be given rest for some time during the day, so that they will get damaged less and we will continue to get their services for a long time. On the other hand, electricity will be saved and incidents of fire will also decrease.
He said that the joint office complex building is the first revenue building of the district which has received a fire safety certificate. This system has been installed in this building by the Public Works Department. Satish Sharma, Director of Sai Fire Appliances Private Limited, which installed the fire safety system, said that a modern sensor system has been installed in this entire building to prevent incidents of fire. Smoke detectors have been installed in the entire building.
In case of smoke rising in the building premises, a siren sounds so that people can safely come out of the building in time. Adequate fire safety equipment has been installed on every floor of the building. Apart from these, fire hydrants and first aid hosiery systems have also been installed on each floor.

He said that fire is a chemical reaction. It is of five types. Which includes solid, liquid, gas, metal, electrical fire. He explained how these different types of fire can be controlled. Necessary training was also provided to the officers and employees in this regard. Many officers and employees also tried out the fire safety equipment.
