This information was given by Principal Mrs. Vanita Dehra while welcoming, thanking and honoring Mr. Kaka Ram Verma, retired training supervisor Red Cross Society and Gurpreet Singh during a special training camp organized in the school.
Kaka Ram Verma gave practical training related to disaster management, civil defense, first aid, CPR, recovery position, ventilator artificial respiration, fire safety, preventing accidents / incidents, use of cylinders to save precious lives and properties.
He gave information on natural and man-made disasters, domestic incidents, heart attack, cardiac arrest, fainting, shock, sugar blood pressure increase/decrease, internal and external bleeding, foreign object stuck in windpipe, bone fracture and cyber security.
The school director, vice principal, program coordinator and teachers expressed their gratitude and said that they have received practical information on these subjects for the first time in their lives. He said that such practical training proves very useful in saving precious lives in emergency situations.
If such training camps are organized in streets, colonies and educational institutions under Operation Shield of the Government of India, then accidents will decrease and precious lives can be saved.
