
Yoga classes organised under CM Yogashala are inspiring citizens to lead a healthy lifestyle - SDM Amit Gupta.
Zirakpur (SAS Nagar), April 26, 2025- SDM Amit Gupta said that in today's time every person is surrounded by some problem or the other. To get rid of this problem, Chief Minister Yoga Shala started by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is making a significant contribution in providing stress-free life to the people. He said that yoga classes being run under CM Yogashala are promoting healthy lifestyle among the residents of Zirakpur of Derabassi Sub-Division.
Zirakpur (SAS Nagar), April 26, 2025- SDM Amit Gupta said that in today's time every person is surrounded by some problem or the other. To get rid of this problem, Chief Minister Yoga Shala started by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann is making a significant contribution in providing stress-free life to the people.
He said that yoga classes being run under CM Yogashala are promoting healthy lifestyle among the residents of Zirakpur of Derabassi Sub-Division.
He said that with continuous yoga practice one can easily get rid of health problems and mental stress. He said that keeping in mind the health of the people, the Chief Minister of Punjab has started CM Yogashala, which is providing completely free yoga services and six yoga classes are being conducted daily at various places in Zirakpur by Yoga Instructor Archana.
Archana is conducting six classes daily, starting at 6.15 am and ending at 7.15 pm.
Instructor Archana will conduct the first class in Zirakpur at Sushma Grand Society Park from 6.15 am to 7.15 am, second and fifth classes at Motia City Society Park from 8.25 am to 9.25 am and 5.10 pm to 6.10 pm, third class at Sushma Grand Club House from 9.30 am to 10.30 am, fourth class at Sushma Valencia Society Park from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm and sixth class at Chandigarh Enclave Society Park from 6.15 pm to 7.15 pm.
Instructor Archana of CM's Yoga Studio says that there has been a remarkable change in the students of the yoga classes. All the participants are experiencing effective changes in their lives through yoga practice. They said they were hesitant to join yoga sessions due to their busy lives and other reasons, but when they found that yoga asanas were helping them develop a healthy lifestyle, the number of new people increased.
He said no fee would be charged for the yoga classes and anyone could register for it by visiting the Chief Minister's Yogashala portal. For more information, there is a dedicated helpline number 76694-00500 besides the website cmdiyogshala.punjab.gov.in, by contacting which those who have not yet joined can get themselves registered.
