In fact, the entire toll plaza was made free after the employees protested against the salary cut at the toll plaza, while the previous companies were paying full salary to all the employees. The employees said that now the new IGT B Global company that came in last March has cut the salary of all the toll employees.
Along with this, all the local employees are being bullied, due to which the employees under the leadership of Toll Plaza Workers Union Punjab Reg. Senior Vice President Rajwant Singh Khalsa freed the toll plaza and staged a protest at the toll plaza. At this time, the leaders sitting at the toll plaza included Avtar Singh Incharge, Amandeep Singh Incharge, Sampuran Singh Incharge, Kuldeep Singh Supervisor, Sukhraj Singh Supervisor etc.
