
Health services started at Urban Primary Health Centre of Sector 69.
Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, March 26: The District Health Department has started providing services to the people at the newly constructed Urban Primary Health Centre in Sector 69 of the city. Civil Surgeon Dr. Sangeeta Jain said during the inauguration of the centre in the presence of area councilors Bibi Kuldeep Kaur Dhanoa and Bibi Aruna Sharma today that with the opening of this centre, the residents of the area have started getting quality health services.

Civil Surgeon Dr. Sangeeta Jain said during the inauguration of the centre in the presence of area councilors Bibi Kuldeep Kaur Dhanoa and Bibi Aruna Sharma today that with the opening of this centre, the residents of the area have started getting quality health services.
She informed that a medical officer, staff nurse, lab technician, pharmacist, LHV, ANM and other necessary staff have been deployed in the centre. She said that free checkup and treatment of common diseases, maternal and child checkup and treatment, vaccination, essential medicines and other facilities will be made available to the people in this centre.
She said that the District Health Department is fully committed to providing high quality health facilities to the people. Strict instructions have already been given to the officers and other staff to ensure that the patients visiting government health institutions do not face any inconvenience and quality facilities are made available to them on time.
On this occasion, former councillor Satvir Singh Dhanoa, President of Resident Welfare Association Rajvir Singh, General Secretary Roshan Lal, social worker Karm Singh Mavi, Rajiv Vashisht and other dignitaries were present.
