Shri Madhukar Kumar Bhagat, Joint Secretary, E-Health Section, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, will deliver the keynote address as the Chief Guest. Prof. K K Talwar, Former Director, PGIMER Chandigarh, and Prof. R K Ratho, Dean Academics, PGIMER Chandigarh, will serve as Guests of Honour.
