Harvinder Singh Shahpur became Sarpanch with a huge majority
Garhshankar, October 16 - Harvinder Singh was successful in winning the Sarpanchi election from Shahpur village of Block Garshankar with a huge majority. Harvinder Singh got 248 votes and his opponent got only 69 votes. Similarly, Didar Singh, Babu Singh, Harpreet Kaur, Hardeep Kaur and Charanjit Kaur were elected as Panchs of the village.
