He said that if the number of law breakers in a society is less then it is easy to enforce the law, but if the number is more then it becomes difficult to enforce the law.

He said that along with strict legal measures, the cooperation of the society also plays an important role in preventing the social evil of drug abuse, because if there is no demand for drugs then the drug traffickers will fail on their own. Earlier, the organizer of the seminar NRI Suchha Singh Salhan and Sarpanch of village Mehndipur Mandeep Kaur Salhan welcomed the chief guest and guests.
The program was also addressed by JS Gidda, Narinderpal Toor and Principal Omkar Singh Sheenmar from Upkar Coordination Society, besides Praveen Kumar Traffic Trainer, Ma. Gurdayal Singh. The speakers said that the section of society which needs to be saved from the evils of drug addiction is the youth and we should reach out to as many youth as possible for awareness, which is available only in educational institutions.
