"Basant Panchami" celebrated in Government College

Incharge and Head of Hindi Department Prof. Vijay Kumar and staff members Assistant Professor Saroj Sharma, Tajinder Kaur and Arun Kumar, the festival of "Basant Panchami" was celebrated.

Incharge and Head of Hindi Department Prof. Vijay Kumar and staff members Assistant Professor Saroj Sharma, Tajinder Kaur and Arun Kumar, the festival of "Basant Panchami" was celebrated.
On this occasion, a seminar was organized with a colorful program and poster making, rice making and dress making competitions were organized. The program was started by lighting the lamp. College principal Anita Sagar, while presenting her views related to the day, said that this day is related to Saraswati Maa, the goddess of education.
On this occasion, nature gives the message of starting a new life by taking a new form. Prof. Vijay Kumar congratulated everyone on Basant Panchami. He said that we should celebrate our festivals keeping in mind the happiness of everyone. On this occasion, people fly kites, but such a string should not be used in flying them that causes harm to others. Prof. Saroj Sharma, Prof. Tajinder Kaur, Prof. Arun Kumar also presented ideas related to the day on this occasion.
Students Khushbu, Chamandeep, Shivani, Manpreet, Smile, Muskan, Lovepreet, Sahib, Arsh, who participated enthusiastically in the program, were honored with certificates and flowers for being winners on this occasion. It became a day to remember forever for everyone.
