Garhshankar, January 22 - Under the leadership of Headmaster Sukhwinder Kumar and staff, work is being done for the development of the school and welfare of the students in Government Senior Secondary Smart School Birampur. Talking about the school, Headmaster Sukhwinder Kumar said that this school was built by Shri Hardev Singh Kahma son of Shri Tara Singh Kahma ji in the year 2000 with the help of about 50 lakh rupees and dedicated to the public.
Till date, Shri Hardev Singh Kahma ji has been continuously contributing. He told that today Mr. Balkar Singh Rai, son of Shri Suchha Singh Rai village Khankhana ji, resident of Canada, visited the school. He discussed a lot about the school. He inspired the teachers to provide maximum education to the poor students. He saw the development work done in the entire school.
Talking about Sardar Balkar Singh Rai, Headmaster Sukhwinder Kumar said that he made a huge contribution to the development work done in the school of Khankhana village and did many public welfare works.
