Hoshiarpur: As per the directions of Civil Surgeon Hoshiarpur Dr. Pawan Kumar and under the able leadership of Dr. Karan Kumar Saini SMO Tanda in collaboration with Eye Donation Association Hoshiarpur; with the support of staff at Aam Aadmi Clinic Ayyapur; An awareness seminar was organized by Eye Donation In-charge Tanda Bhai Barinder Singh Masiti on Tuesday.
On this occasion, Aam Aadmi Clinic In-charge Dr. Supreet Kaur Saini, Pharmacist Daljit Singh, Jasbir Kaur and Sarabjit Singh became part of the campaign being run by the Eye Donation Association and conducted an awareness fly for eye donation.
On this occasion, Eye Donor In-charge Tanda Bhai Barinder Singh Masiti gave detailed information about eye donation to the people. During this, Dr. Supreet Kaur said that eyes donated by a person after death can provide light to 2 blind people in need.
He said that everyone should donate their eyes. On this occasion, Dr. Supreet Kaur praised Bhai Masiti for going from village to village on a bicycle to make people aware about eye donation and also appealed to them to join this campaign.
