Rajpura December 3: Lok Sahit Sangam (Registered) launched the book 'Chanan Itihas Da' by American resident Parminder Singh Prabana at a literary event at Rotary Bhawan, Rajpura. The chief guests were Dr. Amarjit Kaunke, Gurdarshan Singh Gusil and Dr. Gurvinder Aman.
On this occasion, where the book was launched, the writers created a good atmosphere by reciting their works. The meeting started with Karam Singh Hakir's song "Vich Pradeshaan De Na Jayo Mere Veer". Manjit Singh Nagra shared his song with music. Surinder Kaur Bada shared Sufi Kalam in her loud voice. Gurvinder Pal Singh GP congratulated Sangam President Dr. Gurvinder Aman on his birthday through his poem. Sunita Desh Raj's poem was worth mentioning.
Navdeep Mundi highlighted brotherly relations through poetry. Famous poem by Inspector Ravinder Krishna 'Zindgi da Sach' was the center of attraction. Daljit Singh Shant's melodious voice was good, Gurcharan Bhatti's song and Amarjit Singh Labha's song were good, Ranjit Singh Fatehgarh Sahib's poetry was heartbreaking. Kulwant Jassal's song was emotional. Famous singer Mangat Khan sang the song in a loud voice and enchanted the audience. Harshubeg Singh Punjabi University surprised all the listeners with his open poetry. Lovely Saluja Pannu's Puadhi song was good. Treveni President Gurdarshan Singh Gusil captivated the hearts by listening to his Ghazal shares.
Famous poet Amarjit Singh Kaunke congratulated Parminder Prabna for the book 'Chanan Itihas Da' and said that 'Writing a wartak is a very difficult genre but it is a subtle and excellent form of literature. He also shared his popular poem Punjab. Baldev Singh Khurana made a good satire with his jokes. Dr. Gurvinder Aman congratulated Pravana for the book 'Chanan Itihaad Da' and also satirized the society by narrating his mini story 'Jinda Shaheed'. On this occasion, Tript Kaur Pravana, Gurjot Labha, Ashok Jha, Ratan Sharma, Om Prakash Madan and Ranjit Singh Nirankari and Dinesh Kumar were also present.
