Hoshiarpur: The Hoshiarpur Hikers and Tractors Group organized a blood donation camp dedicated to the memory of Major Channan Singh Rehal (Retd) at the local Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar in collaboration with Dhami Medicos. The camp was inaugurated by Additional Deputy Commissioner (J) Rahul Chaba, which was attended by Councilor Nawab Pehalwan and dignitaries of the area.
During the camp, the Additional Deputy Commissioner congratulated the 'Indian Constitution Day' and said that the Constitution is a symbol of the strength of our democracy. And the Constitution has provided justice, freedom, equality opportunities by giving equal rights to the citizens of India. The Constitution of our country is a beacon of democratic values ??in the world. Rahul Chaba said that blood donation is of great importance in human life. Blood donation is the best service and protection of humanity.
He appealed to the people to give life to human life by donating blood as much as possible. Bhai Ghanaiya Ji Charitable Blood Center Hoshiarpur made a major contribution to the success and organization of this blood donation camp. More than 50 blood units were collected on this occasion. While conducting the stage of this event, Gulzar Singh Kalkat shed light on the outline of the blood donation camp and welcomed the dignitaries including the chief guest.
