Hoshiarpur- The three-day training program organized by the Regional Center of Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration Jalandhar for capacity building of officers and employees of various departments of the district under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain at the District Administrative Complex concluded today with great enthusiasm and zeal.
Giving information in this regard, Regional Project Director Jalandhar Pirthi Singh PCS said that 29 officers/employees participated in this training.
He said that during the training, various resource persons gave informative and experience-based presentations on 10 topics including motivation, communication, team building, stress management, time management, leadership style and role as well as emotional intelligence, conflict management, ethical leadership topics and gave practical education on how to overcome such situations.
He told how to maintain a positive atmosphere in offices and society, as well as be honest towards your duty, reach offices on time, respect outsiders and treat them lovingly as soon as possible without wasting their time. He said that make it your habit and love your fellow employees like family.
During this three-day training, MGSIPA provided lunch and tea-snacks to the participants on all three days. Resource persons Dr. Avan Kumar Vaidya, Principal Rajeshwar Salaria (Retd.), Retired Deputy District Education Officer, Karanbir Singh (Retd.), Deputy Zonal Manager, Punjab National Bank, Dr. Sarla Nirankari, Principal and Dr. Amanpreet Kaur BAMS, LLB gave lectures.
The participants gave online feedback and expressed their views that this type of training should be given to the officers and employees of all offices and departments every month. They also thanked Deputy Commissioner Hoshiarpur and MGSIPA as well as the Department of Personnel and Training of the Central Government.
During the training, Dr. Amanpreet Kaur BAMS, LLB, while giving detailed information to the officers/employees of various departments about their duties, also shared tips to enable those employees to keep their health healthy. In the end, Magsipa thanked the Deputy Commissioner and district officials. He thanked everyone for their cooperation in the past and in the future as well.
