Mandi Gobindgarh, June 5 – Desh Bhagat University held a special meeting with Captain Harjit Singh Deol (Commanding Officer) of Navy Wing and Permanent Instructor Staff of 1 PB, NU NCC, Naya Nangal. This meeting was held under the leadership of Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh and Prof. Chancellor Dr. Tajinder Kaur
On this occasion, Chamanpreet Kaur (CTO, Navy Wing) and Dr. Pramod Mandal (Director Academic) welcomed the guests and met all the NCC officials. After the meeting, NCC officials visited the university campus and shared their views about the infrastructure and facilities of DBU. He said that the DBU is suitable for future naval operations. Mr. Gurjit Singh Pandher (CTO, Air Wing) and Dr. Ajaipal Singh (CTO, Army Wing) were also present during this meeting. Vice Chancellor Dr. Abhijit Joshi also met the NCC officers. The CO interacted with the Navy cadets and shared personal experiences, motivating the students to develop leadership qualities.
