Garhshankar - Due to the release of 'Government Green Pen Di Mukki Sahi' and 'Government Treasure Ka Janaza', due to the fire breaking out inside Punjab, due to the rotting of people's houses, destruction of trees and flames rising in the forest. A delegation led by Labor Party President Jai Gopal Dhiman, Sonu Mehtpuri met Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal to provide immediate relief to the victims of Mehtpuri.
He also gave a copy of the medical report of the animals burnt in the forest fire and told that yesterday's incident is very sad. Villagers have suffered a lot due to animals getting burnt in the fire. The ration and roof of his house was completely burnt to ashes. Now the victims are forced to spend the night at their relatives' homes with a sad story. He said that the Punjab government does not yet have any policy to provide any immediate relief. Due to which the victims have to wait for a long time for relief. It is a matter of shame that the government is wasting tax money on unnecessary works and when it is needed, the treasury seems empty. Or the victims are intimidated with the help of donations.
The question arises whether burning even a single dry leaf is a crime under the Solid Waste Management Rules 2000. By creating false noise, the Punjab government has itself ruined the X-plan which it had made to stop the burning of wheat grains in 2022. Instead of enforcing the law, the government is moving towards promoting unconstitutional acts. As a result of which pollution and temperature are increasing in Punjab today. Dhiman has appealed to the people who have to bear the brunt of the government's negligence. They will have to fight for compensation, they will definitely get compensation.
This application should be given only to SDM, Deputy Commissioner and also the diary number of the complaint should be asked and a copy of that complaint should be kept with itself and failing which one should contact the Honorable Chief Secretary or approach the Honorable Court. He also said that they should not give their application to any MLA because they do not give the diary number. We all need to be aware of this work. Dhiman ji said that the Labor Party is making people aware so that they can get compensation for the losses incurred.
