Bathinda - The 21st Punjab State Junior Kickboxing Championship was held at Bathinda from 17 May to 19 May 2024. 16 players participated in this championship from Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. In which Jasmin participated in -45 weight category point fight, Pooja participated in -55 weight category point fight. -67 weight class Pars Petty in low kick, -45 weight class Manjot Kaur in light contact, -84 weight class point fight Evett Dupinder, -79 weight class Harjot Singh in light contact, -56 weight class Prabhjot in light contact, -60 Sujata in weight category full contact these athletes won bronze medal in their respective weight category.

District coach Manjit Singh, Harsimran Singh informed that the gold medal winning players made their place in the national team which will be held at Siliguri, West Bengal. District General Secretary Manjot Logia asked the players to stay away from drugs and stick to the ground and congratulated the medal winning players and encouraged the national level players to work hard and bring medals from the national level.
