
HADC aims to give air speed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Udan scheme and Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini's non-stop development - Vipul Goyal
Chandigarh, June 27 - Haryana's Cabinet Minister for Civil Aviation, Revenue and Disaster Management and Urban Local Government, Shri Vipul Goyal, chaired the board meeting of Haryana Airport Development Corporation (HADC). During this, he reviewed all the ongoing works under HADC and gave detailed discussions on various issues raised by the board members and gave instructions to expedite the developmental works.
Chandigarh, June 27 - Haryana's Cabinet Minister for Civil Aviation, Revenue and Disaster Management and Urban Local Government, Shri Vipul Goyal, chaired the board meeting of Haryana Airport Development Corporation (HADC). During this, he reviewed all the ongoing works under HADC and gave detailed discussions on various issues raised by the board members and gave instructions to expedite the developmental works.
He said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini, the main objective of the Civil Aviation Department and HADC is to promote air services in Haryana and develop Haryana as an aviation hub.
He said that Haryana is continuously moving forward on the path of development and the present Haryana government has also moved forward with greater strength in creating basic infrastructure for development. In such a situation, we need to take new steps towards development in the aviation sector as well.
In the meeting, Cabinet Minister Vipul Goyal said that the effective implementation of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's Project Uda Yojana in Haryana and the non-stop development campaign of Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini's non-stop development campaign have to be given a boost. For this, we have to strengthen air connectivity and consider it our collective responsibility and work fast.
The Cabinet Minister also said that apart from developing Hisar Airport as an integrated aviation hub through HADC, work is also being done towards expanding helipad services from various cities of the state like Gurugram.
In this series, he recently met the Rajasthan Civil Aviation Minister and took forward the discussion at the official level on the possibilities of starting helicopter service from Gurugram and Chandigarh to Khatu Shyam and Salasar Balaji.
In the meeting, serious discussions were held on various aspects related to civil aviation, which is expected to give a new direction to the development in the field of civil aviation in Haryana.
In this board meeting, all the concerned officials including Commissioner and Secretary of the Civil Aviation Department Mrs. Amneet P Kumar, Managing Director of HADC Mr. Narhari Singh Bangar were present.
