Problems are increasing due to continuous rains in the hilly areas after the arrival of monsoon. Today, i.e. on Friday, the Uttarakhand Meteorological Center has issued a warning of heavy rains in the hilly areas of the state.
According to the information, a yellow alert of heavy rain has been issued at some places in Dehradun, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Tehri, Pauri Champawat and Pithoragarh districts. While an orange alert of heavy rain has been issued in some parts of Nainital. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in other districts as well.
In the coming days, the spell of heavy rain across the state is expected to continue till July 2. Let us tell you that due to continuous rain, landslides and rising water levels in the areas of the state are currently taking place.
