Rajpura, June 27- A delegation led by Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh President Jasvir Kumar Nahar and Jai Bhim Manch President Sukhjinder Singh Sukhi reached the Municipal Council office and demanded Municipal Council Chairman Shri Narinder Shastri and Executive Officer Avtar Chand to dismiss Pankaj Sharma, an employee working on the post of fireman on contract basis in the Municipal Council (who was accused of desecrating the flex board of the Constitution maker Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar a few days ago and a case was also registered against him in Rajpura City Police Station a few days ago).
On this occasion, Executive Officer Ansar Avtar Singh and Chairman Narinder Shastri assured to take immediate action in this regard. Tehsil Chairman Ashok Dhamoli, Tarsem Lal, Raj Kumar, Naresh Kumar, Chairman of Sewerage Board, Vijay Kumar, Yogesh Saini, Sonu Banwari, and Ajay Bains were also present on this occasion.
