SAS Nagar, May 1 - Ramgarhia Sabha (Registered) Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar is celebrating the 302nd birth anniversary of Maharaja Jassa Singh Ramgarhia, the founder of the Sikh state and the great general of the 18th century, on May 4 at Ramgarhia Bhawan Phase 3B1 Mohali with devotion.
Giving information in this regard, the General Secretary of the Sabha, Mr. Bikramjit Singh Hunjhan, said that in this regard, Shri Akhand Path Sahib will begin tomorrow (May 2) at Ramgarhia Bhawan Phase 3B1, whose Bhog will be held on May 4.
He said that after the Bhog of Akhand Path, Bhai Prof. Tam Singh and his associates, Istri Satsang Jatha, Katha Wachak Bhai Balihar Singh, Bibi Kanwaljit Kaur Maskeen Sahab Markanda Wale, Dhadi Jatha Bhai Gurnam Singh Mohi International Dhadi Jatha will entertain the congregation with their Kirtan, Katha and Dhadi Vars. Guru Ka Langar will be served in abundance.
He said that during the function, President of Global Ramgarhia Heritage and Welfare Organization (Registered) and former President of Ramgarhia Sabha (Registered) Mohali and Chandigarh Mr. Ajit Singh Ranauta will be the chief guest and Mr. Balwinder Singh will be the special guest. Apart from this, Constituency MLA Mohali Mr. Kulwant Singh, Mayor Mr. Amarjit Singh Jeeti Sidhu, Former Health Minister Balbir Singh Sidhu, Former Member of Parliament Prem Singh Chandumajra, Constituency Incharge of Shiromani Akali Dal Mr. Parvinder Singh Sohana will also be present.
