Karnal/Indri, October 13: Haryana Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda said that the young generation will play a crucial role in fulfilling the pledge to make India the world's most powerful nation and a world leader by 2047. India is the world's youngest country, and when the youth power sets its sights on something, it is sure to be accomplished.
Mr. Dhanda was speaking as the chief guest at the Zonal Youth Festival held today at Shaheed Udham Singh Government College, Matak Majri (Indri). MLA and Chief Whip Ramkumar Kashyap attended as the special guest and inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. The Education Minister stated that the goal is to make India a developed nation by 2047, the 100th year of independence. To achieve this, the government is implementing various schemes in every sector and taking them to the grassroots level to ensure India's all-round development. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is continuously working in this direction.
Helping to nurture talent:
The Education Minister stated that such programs help uncover the hidden talents of youth and overcome their hesitation. He stated that India is establishing a unique identity in the world. While civil wars are raging in many parts of the world, India is moving towards becoming a strong nation with economic, cultural, and social harmony, spreading the message of peace to the entire world.
On this occasion, MLA Ramkumar Kashyap said that it is fortunate that after 25 years, this Zonal Youth Festival is being held in a college in Indri. He added that five platforms have been set up for participants from approximately 80 colleges, where various competitions will be held. Congratulating the participants, he said that by using their skills properly, they can achieve success for the country and the state.
