Hisar: Young BJP leader Kuldeep Duggal expressed his gratitude to the top leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party for the appointments made to the Hisar Market Committee. Kuldeep Duggal, District Minister of the BJP Yuva Morcha, Hisar, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly appointed Chairman, Ravindra alias Rocky, and Vice Chairman, Anil Dalmia, on their assumption of office.
