Ratia, June 29:- On the 19th day of the 20-day Yoga Teacher Training Camp—organized under the aegis of Patanjali Yoga Samiti and Bharat Swabhiman Trust, Ratia, and guided by District In-charge Dharmveer Lalit—the remarkable presence of female practitioners at the newly constructed auditorium of Shri Ram Ashram Shiv Mandir in Tibba Colony infused the camp with fresh energy.
Under the guidance of senior female yoga instructor Neeru Mehta, the practitioners engaged in various yoga postures (*asanas*), breathing exercises (*pranayama*), and meditation techniques. Explaining the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of each yoga practice in simple terms, she emphasized making yoga an integral part of one's lifestyle.
In her inspiring address, Neeru Mehta stated that yoga is an invaluable heritage of Indian culture that renders the body healthy, the mind pure, and the soul enlightened. The fire of *Kapalbhati* incinerates bodily ailments, *Surya Namaskar* (Sun Salutation) infuses energy, and *Shavasana* leads the mind toward supreme peace. In today's fast-paced routine, where people are often driven toward stress and depression, yoga acts as a vital restorative force (*Sanjeevani*) that kindles the light of balance, self-restraint, and positivity in life.
Urging the younger generation to step out of the allure of mobile phones and the virtual world, she noted that dedicating even a few moments daily to yoga would not only ensure personal health but also lay the foundation for a strong society rooted in good values. She encouraged all practitioners to take yoga into their homes and families, as the creation of a healthy nation is possible only through healthy families.
Many fellow practitioners—including Kiran Mittal, Sonia Bansal, Kiran Mangla, Sweety Jindal, Sunita Garg, Darshana, Rajni Garg, Rajni Jindal, Anjana, Simran, Nirmala, Vandana, Upasana, Meenu, Seema, Ritu Goyal, Nisha Jindal, Nisha Goyal, Yash Goyal, Sonia, Neelam, Rani, Sakshi, Devilal Chandaura, and Sanjeev Goyal—practiced yoga at the camp with complete dedication and enthusiasm.
