Asandh/Karnal, November 7: To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the national anthem "Vande Mataram," a grand sub-division-level "Vande Mataram Smriti Utsav" program was organized at Jeevan Chanan Women's College, Assandh, on Friday. MLA Yogendra Rana attended the event as the chief guest.

Appealing to the youth, the MLA said that this song reminds us of valor and sacrifice, and that today, through this celebration, we must pledge that we not only sing 'Vande Mataram,' but also worship Mother India and remain forever dedicated to her glory.
