Garhshankar, December 19- In a special meeting with the newly appointed President of Bahujan Samaj Party Punjab, Avtar Singh Karimpuri, former member Rajya Sabha, many important issues related to the party were discussed with him.
While talking on this occasion, Avtar Singh Karimpuri appeared in full energy and at the same time he has claimed to have brought a new enthusiasm among the party workers, here are some excerpts from the conversation with him.
Question: What will be done to bring the Bahujan Samaj Party back on its feet in Punjab
Answer: He said that his party is working to bring the Bahujan Samaj Party back on its feet. The people of Punjab have seen the power of all the parties in Punjab. He said that when the leader has the blessings of the people, then every challenge can be faced. Therefore, he first decided that he would strengthen his organizational structure.
He said that through the Bahujan Samaj Party, he would create capable and strong leadership at the state, district, assembly, sector and booth levels, up to the villages and cities and sector units. He said that when the organization becomes powerful, then his first step would be to start big movements on the issues of Punjab.
Question: What is the message for the workers who are angry or disappointed with the Bahujan Samaj Party? Answer: He said that if any worker of the Bahujan Samaj Party is angry or disappointed for any reason, then he should leave everything and return. He has an open invitation to them to become active again in the movement of Sahib Kanshi Ram Ji so that the movement of Kashi Ram Ji can be made successful to end the suffering of the suffering society in Punjab. 
He said that we should abandon our own interests and come together considering social interests as the greatest. Question: What do you think is the biggest challenge for the Bahujan Samaj Party? Answer: He said that the Bahujan Samaj Party is taking every section of the society with it. Because the parties which belong to capitalists, industrialists and egalitarians do not want a leader to emerge from the labor class and working class to represent all the people. That is why their separate heads have been created. For example, if someone wants to raise the issues of the workers, then he should work as a leader of the workers. He said that the Bahujan Samaj Party wants to give a chance to the participation of the labor class and their talent so that they can lead all Punjabis.
Question: Except for the last few years, whenever the Bahujan Samaj Party held a program in any state, a convoy of blue flags used to be seen. Will the workers see that sight again?
Answer: He said that absolutely, if the physical death of a leader who runs any movement occurs, it is very painful, but it works to strengthen the movement and if the moral death occurs, it becomes the reason for the downfall of the movement.
Question: The leaders who have to contest elections must have naturally gained energy with your arrival, but how will the workers who have to remain workers gain energy? Answer: Answering this question, he said that all our workers have risen with a passion. He also said that wherever he went, both old and new workers were very enthusiastic. He said that his workers are also confident that now they will do something good in the coming time.
