Patiala:- In order to make the employees aware about their safety on the roads and the safety of others, Vishta Food Processing Company organized a special awareness program under the leadership of DGM Mr. Varun Bhardwaj and Senior Manager, HR Mr. Rajinder Lamba. ASI Ram Saran of Punjab Police Traffic Education Cell Patiala and Retired Assistant Training Commissioner of Red Cross, St. John Ambulance Brigade Mr. Kaka Ram Verma gave information on how to avoid accidents and challans while traveling on the roads.
He said that those who violate the rules, laws, patience, peace, humility, discipline on the roads and at work places have to face problems and punishments. Lakhs of people have to suffer from accidents due to mistakes, negligence, incomprehension, haste, due to which employees and their family members have to suffer deaths, coma or paralysis.
Drivers of vehicles without license, pollution, RC, insurance do not get any legal help after accidents. He gave information about first aid, CPR, recovery position information and use of helpline numbers to save the accident victims. Rajinder Lamba instructed the employees that employees who do not follow traffic rules, laws, principles, duties will not be allowed to enter the factory.
Because the management is concerned for the eternal safety, protection, respect, happiness, progress of every employee and their family members. The factory also conducts medical check-up of the employees twice a year. All the employees thanked and pledged that they will always follow the rules of safety, health, health, brotherhood, humility, tolerance, discipline.
