Jaito, January 28:- A seminar related to the health of girls was organized at Vivek Public Senior Secondary School Bargari, a famous educational institution of the area. In which Dr. Livdeep Singh Chahal (Kerala Ayurveda Medicine and Panchakarma Specialist) and Dr. Jagdev Singh Chahal participated. In this seminar, Dr. Livdeep Singh Chahal made the girls aware and told them about their physical problems and also discussed about today's deteriorating lifestyle.
The doctor told the girls that in today's time, fast food, screening have become the main part of our life which has become a big obstacle in our physical development. He said that we can create a healthy society by changing our lifestyle but we have to start it with ourselves first. Dr. Sahib answered the questions asked by the children and increased their knowledge.
On this occasion, the chairman of the school, Sardar Harjinder Singh Dhaliwal, also thanked the personalities who had come and motivated the children to stay healthy. On this occasion, the school principal, Mrs. Sonia Sethi, asked the children to implement the information given by the doctor and on this occasion, the coordinator, Amarjit Kaur, all the staff and children were present.
