Patiala:- The Chief of Army Staff has decided that one lakh NCC cadets of the country will be made the helping angels of the victims by conducting training and practice in disaster management, first aid, CPR, fire safety. So, during natural, seasonal and human disasters, wars, accidents, heart attacks, cardiac arrest, fainting and sudden incidents, efforts should be made to provide proper assistance to the victims and take them to the hospitals as soon as possible.
Disaster Management, Civil Defense, First Aid, Fire Safety Trainer Mr. Kaka Ram Verma while praising this decision of the Government of India said that today more than 80% of deaths are occurring due to accidents, calamities and wars in the country and the world because the youth and citizens are never trained and practiced on disaster management, civil defense, first aid, CPR, use of fire safety cylinders.
Kaka Ram Verma, while thanking the Government of India and the Chief of Army Staff and all the army officers, has requested the district and state administration that in the same way, instead of making NSS volunteers clean for a few days, the concerned authorities should also make efforts to make those youths help angels of the victims by training and practicing them. Because saving precious lives is the biggest charitable act.
