Fatehabad, March 12 - On the auspicious occasion of Martyrs' Day, preparations are underway at a war footing for the 'A Grand March Against Drugs' program, organized by the Mahashakti Charitable Trust with the pledge to establish a drug-free society. The Trust's teams have intensified their public relations campaign throughout the district for this massive event, scheduled for Monday, March 23. The Trust's teams are going from village to village, urging the public to join this campaign and unite to save the young generation from the trap of drug addiction.
Today, under the leadership of the Trust's founder, Bhawani Singh, the team visited various villages in the district. The Trust team today addressed village gatherings in Khan Mohammad, Dhani Chhatrian, Dhani Dhaka, Dhani Isar, Noorki Ahli, Karian, Muse Ahli, Banawali, Nakata, Khunan, Hanspur, Bhadolanwali, Bahbalpur, Thedi, Sottar Bhattu, and Nakhatia villages. These gatherings received overwhelming support from the villagers.
Addressing the villagers, youth, and women, Trust founder Bhawani Singh discussed the ill effects of drug addiction. He stated that drug addiction has become a social evil that not only destroys an individual's health but also ruins entire families financially and mentally. He added that when the young generation falls prey to drug addiction, the country's future becomes bleak.
This visit on Martyrs' Day will be a true tribute to the great martyrs who dreamed of a healthy and strong India. Together, we must eradicate this poison. During the public outreach, tremendous enthusiasm was observed among the youth and women of the villages. The villagers present took a pledge by raising their hands that they will not only be a part of this campaign of Mahashakti Charitable Trust, but will also make the people of their neighbourhood aware and will make the dream of the martyrs of a 'drug-free society' come true. On this occasion, Mohan Garhwal Sarpanch Akanwali, Harish Akanwali, Hemraj Sarpanch Khan Mohammad, Ajay former Sarpanch Khan Mohammad, Vikram Shekhawat, Rajesh Phoolbhati Dhani Chhatriya, Gurdeep Ayalki and a large number of youth were present with them.
