Karnal, June 15: MLA Jagmohan Anand stated that under the visionary and strong leadership of the country's illustrious Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has achieved remarkable milestones in economic stability, tax relief, and social security over the past 12 years. This 'Amrit Kaal' (era of nectar/golden age) under Prime Minister Modi's leadership is proving to be a transformative period that is elevating India to new heights on the global stage.
He noted that crores of citizens have emerged from the vicious cycle of poverty, and there has been a continuous improvement in the economic capacity and standard of living of ordinary families. GST reforms have made trade and industry simpler, more transparent, and more competitive. This has infused new energy into entrepreneurship and led to a vast expansion of employment and investment opportunities. Meanwhile, digital platforms such as Aadhaar, UPI, DigiLocker, and UMANG have presented a new model of good governance by making the administrative system faster, transparent, and citizen-centric.
He added that the country's infrastructure has developed at an unprecedented pace through initiatives like Vande Bharat trains, metro expansions, the Namo Bharat corridor, and the UDAN scheme, making travel safer, more convenient, and faster.
Today, India is moving forward with confidence towards the goal of a 'Viksit Bharat' (Developed India) alongside its ongoing development.
