Chandigarh, October 26-Haryana Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, this year's festivals were celebrated with more enthusiasm and purpose as people adopted environment-friendly festivals and increased the use of indigenous products. Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini was listening to the Mann Ki Baat program of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in Hisar today. Public Health Engineering and Public Works Minister Shri Ranbir Gangwa was also present with him.
On the Prime Minister's address, the Chief Minister said that October 31 marks the birth anniversary of Sarkar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India, who was a national icon who played a significant role in uniting the country. He appealed to the people, especially the youth, to actively participate in the Run for Unity to be organized across the country on this day.
The Chief Minister also said that as the Prime Minister mentioned in today's Mann Ki Baat program, November 7, 2025 will mark 150 years of India's national song Vande Mataram, which was composed 150 years ago. He said that this achievement should be celebrated with pride and it should be taken forward as a permanent inspiration for the future generations.
He said that through Mann Ki Baat, the Prime Minister connects with crores of people every month and shares inspiring stories from across India. He said that in today's episode, the Prime Minister praised the youth and people across the country who are promoting Sanskrit language, innovation and cultural preservation. He said that everyone should take inspiration from such examples and strive to make a meaningful contribution to the society.
