Hoshiarpur: We are committed to providing the benefits of all government schemes to the people of the Chabbewal Assembly constituency. In this regard, today, under the Housing Scheme, an amount of Rs. 2 crore 92 lakh 50 thousand was distributed to 195 families of the constituency for the construction of new houses. This was disclosed by Dr. Ishank Kumar Chabbewal, Aam Aadmi Party MLA from the Chabbewal Assembly constituency, while addressing the beneficiaries.
He further informed that each beneficiary family has been given an amount of Rs. 1.50 lakh and similar assistance will be provided to other families in the future so that every family has a permanent roof over their heads. MLA Dr. Ishank Kumar said that they are continuously working to clear the files of all other families in the Chabbewal Assembly constituency who have applied for the housing scheme.
MLA Dr. Ishank Kumar Chabbewal said that the AAP government in Punjab, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is continuously working to raise the standard of living for every section of society. He said that while the Punjab government is continuously providing funds for development projects, Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal, AAP's Lok Sabha member from Hoshiarpur, is continuously releasing grants and implementing development projects throughout the district.
He said that the Punjab government is continuously expanding the scope of public welfare schemes aimed at raising the standard of living of every family. He said that during the last four years, the Punjab government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, has provided employment to thousands of youth in the state, and this is the first time that jobs have been given to youth in the state without any recommendation or bribe.
MLA Dr Ishaan Kumar finally said that Chabbewal constituency is my home and the people living here are my family members and I will always be present to serve my family.
