Day 2 of ''Kaushal Tatparta'' Pre-Placement Training 2024 by CDGC

Chandigarh: 17th March, 2024:- Second day of annual three-day ''Kaushal Tatparta'' Pre-Placement Training 2024 organised by Career Development and Guidance Centre (CDGC), PEC started with zeal and fervour on 17th March 2024.

Chandigarh: 17th March, 2024:- Second day of annual three-day ''Kaushal Tatparta'' Pre-Placement Training 2024 organised by Career Development and Guidance Centre (CDGC), PEC started with zeal and fervour on 17th March 2024. 

The second day began with a presentation on leadership principles by Nitin Mohan, Head of Recruitment Operations at Airbus, who provided valuable guidance and insights into leadership principles. Students developed both personally and professionally by gaining a thorough understanding of fundamental leadership concepts. 

The third session was delivered by Sonia Malik (Coding Mentor) on “Coding and DSA Preparation” for honing the technical skills of students. The audience's preparedness for technical evaluations and employment prospects increased as they acquired vital information and techniques for acing coding interviews. 

The next session was led by Deepika Saluja, a Consultant and Technical Lead at ImmunifyMe Healthcare. She stressed upon mental health and enlightened students on strategies to navigate stress and anxiety during interview preparation. 

Following that, Neha Gupta, a Career Counsellor and personal branding coach, led a session on "Resume Building and Interview Preparation," providing tips on how to create powerful resumes and confidently perform well in interviews. The session inspired students to succeed in their careers and was incredibly educational. 

The final session of the day was taken by Rajeev Markanday (Faculty, HitBullsEye) who mentored the students on how to get ready for "Group Discussions." He guided the students to collaborate well, communicate well, and acquire useful abilities for handling group conversations with assurance. The participants found the session to be very informative and highly valued. In conclusion, all the sessions provided the students a chance to learn about strategies for acing aptitude tests and becoming prepared for the workforce.
