Organized voter awareness seminar at BLM Girls College Nawanshahr under sweep activities

Nawanshahr, March 06 :- Keeping in view the upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2024, the instructions of the Chief Electoral Officer Punjab and the orders of the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa and the instructions of the Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Nodal Officer Sweep Rajeev Verma Accordingly, under the leadership of Principal Madam Taranpreet Kaur Walia of BLM Girls College Nawanshahr of District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, a voter awareness seminar was organized under sweep activities on the occasion of the athletic meet of the college.

On this occasion, Sweep's Nodal Officer Satnam Singh, BLM Girls College Nawanshahr, Assistant Professor Hardeep Kaur, Department of Politics and District Child Protection Officer Kanchan Arora attended as keynote speakers. They presented their ideas to educate the students about votes.
Satnam Singh declared it mandatory for the students to cast their vote and also encouraged them to exercise their vote and said that the students must exercise their right to vote as citizens of India and must cast their vote.
