Ghanoor: A case of disappearance of a girl from her house has been registered against unknown person/persons at Ghanoor police station. In the complaint made by the plaintiff, it is said that he had left the girl and her mother at home but when he came home in the evening, the girl was not at home. The plaintiff suspects that unknown persons have taken the girl somewhere by luring her.
Ranpreet Singh of village Roorki of Ghanur police station lodged a complaint that an unidentified motor cycle driver (PB 39 6641) rammed the speeding motor cycle into him when he was going to village Majri Fakir. His father was injured in this accident.

The factions of Hira Singh and Mahender Singh have accused each other of beating each other. The police have registered a case under sections 323, 324, 343, 148, 149, 427 and 506 of the IPC against 16 persons of both factions, including 3 unidentified persons.
