
Revenue officers should settle pending land allotment cases by January 20 - Deputy Commissioner
Una, November 21 - Himachal Pradesh Government has decided to end the cases related to land allotment of common people under a special campaign so that the time and money of the common man can be saved for these works.
Una, November 21 - Himachal Pradesh Government has decided to end the cases related to land allotment of common people under a special campaign so that the time and money of the common man can be saved for these works. In this campaign, which is being run for the next two months, daily courts will be organized in various revenue offices of the district for cases related to taxim. This information was given by Deputy Commissioner Raghav Sharma during the meeting organized by the Revenue Department at the district headquarters. Raghav Sharma directed all the Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars present in the meeting to execute this work with immediate effect by organizing courts on daily basis to hear the cases related to Taksim and till the next 20th January (except the court related cases) ) Make sure to complete all matters.
He said that the work progress report of the taxed cases done on daily basis must be sent to the district headquarters and ensure to update it on RMS (Revenue Management System). He said that this work is the top priority of the state government and all revenue officers should take it very seriously. The Deputy Commissioner said that as per the instructions of the State Government, the work done during this campaign will also be reflected in the annual confidential report of the concerned Revenue Officer.
He directed the officials of the Revenue Department to organize Revenue Lok Adalats at the Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar level on the 1st and 2nd of every coming month, in which along with the death penalty, tax and other revenue related matters should also be settled. He said that it should be ensured that no case related to Khanagi Taksim is pending. He said that a total of 3973 cases related to Taksim are pending in the district, this target will be accomplished during the next 2 months with the mutual cooperation and coordination of the entire team of the Revenue Department. In the meeting, there was a detailed discussion about the Public Service Guarantee Act 2011 (Revenue related) as well as the work progress of other services of the Revenue Department including the minimum average period for issuing certificates.
In the meeting, SDM Haroli Vishal Sharma, SDM Bangana Manoj Kumar, SDM Amb Vivek Mahajan, SDM Una Vishwa Mohan Dev Chauhan, SDM Gagret Shashi Pal Sharma, District Revenue Officer Ajay Kumar Singh, Tehsildar Bangana Rohit Kanwar, Tehsildar Una Hussan Chand Chaudhary, Tehsildar Amb. Premlal Dhiman, Tehsildar Haroli Jaimal Singh, Naib Tehsildars of various tehsils and sub-tehsils and other officers and employees of the Revenue Department were present.
