Chandigarh- Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann today handed over appointment letters to the recently confirmed employees of the Forest and Wildlife Conservation Department during a function held at Tagore Theatre in Chandigarh. The program began at 11.30 am and the Chief Minister personally handed over appointment letters to all the employees.
The government believes that this step will bring new energy and momentum to the work of forest and wildlife conservation in Punjab. During the program, after getting the job, an employee recited a poem for Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and thanked him.
After handing over the appointment letters, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann said – the work that is being done today, this work was not done in the previous governments. Even if it came to his attention, he ignored it. The job of the government is to provide security to the people and fulfill their needs. Our job is to strengthen every department but the policies of the previous governments were different.
CM Mann further said- The previous governments used to feed their families first, then the turn of the public came. The previous governments used to collect money for themselves and snatch away the small jobs of the people.
CM Mann said- If the opposition parties were so good, I would not have wanted the chair. Our party does not covet the chair. The most important thing of the opposition party is power from money and money from power. This is going on in Punjab. They used to earn power from money and money from power.
CM Bhagwant Mann further said- In the Forest Department, it was seen that some were working for 15 years and some for 20 years, but they were not made permanent. When our government drew attention to this, a strategy was made on it with immediate effect and preparations were made to make it permanent. Today, 942 such employees are being given jobs, who felt that their jobs could go at any time.
