Yoga is reducing people's mental stress - Pratima Dawar

By doing yoga, we are not only physically healthy, but also mentally healthy, and we get peace of mind from within; because yoga plays a very important role in keeping the body physically and mentally healthy.

Meanwhile, people who are connected to yoga through CM's yoga sessions say that they never thought that the Punjab government would start such a scheme; which will benefit the people of the entire Punjab and improve their health. Pratima Dawar said that during the feedback received from the people, some people told that they are housewives and their entire daily routine was limited to household chores and they were not able to find time for themselves.
But when they came to know that Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann has started a campaign for free yoga classes, so he decided to join that class and he said that since he started going to yoga classes, his daily routine has changed, his daily activities have changed. He has got relief from many diseases and after coming to yoga class he feels very good.
He feels that he is doing something for himself and his body. He is taking out an hour for himself which is completely different from household chores. He never thought that such a big change will happen in his life, for this change he is very grateful to the Punjab Government, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann who started this campaign.
He told that these classes are being taken by trainer Sanjay Saluja in Phase 11 and Phase 10 of Mohali, 6 classes are being taken by Sanjay Saluja. The first class is from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM in Phase 11 and the second class is from 7:05 AM to 8:05 AM in Phase 10.
The third class is from 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM in Sector 66 and the fourth class is from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM in Sector 48c and the fifth class is from 4:50 PM to 5:50 PM in Phase-11 and the sixth class is from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in Phase 10. Conducted by Sanjay Saluja Trainer.
Trainer Sanjay told that some people in his class who were suffering from some diseases like Stress Cervical Spondylosis pain for many years, they got a lot of relief. People who could not sit due to knee pain can now sit after doing yoga and those who had sleep problems i.e. insomnia have got relief in their sleep. In this way everyone is getting the benefit of yoga and feeling energetic.
