Dedicated to the birth anniversary of Baba Sahib Dr. Ambedkar, 120 students were given copies, school bags in government school, 25 youths donated blood.
Patiala: - Rickshaw Union (New Bus Stand) under the leadership of President Vishal Kumar, Chief Advisor Sandeep Kumar Sambhu distributed copies and school bags to 120 needy children during a function dedicated to the birth anniversary of Constitution maker Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar in Government High School Lahori Gate Gandhi Nagar, during which eye check-up and blood donation camp was also organized. Which was inaugurated by former Mayor Akali Dal constituency in-charge Amarinder Singh Bajaj.

In the camp, 25 youths did a great job for the welfare of humanity by donating their blood. On this occasion, Amarinder Singh Bajaj praised Jai Bhim Auto and E-Rickshaw Union and said that blood donation is a great service to humanity, if someone's precious life is saved by the blood of the donor, then the blood donor should be blessed abundantly. Another meaning of blood donor is also life giver.
On this occasion, President Vishal Kumar made the school students aware of the importance of education and said that Dr. Ambedkar made a special contribution in the field of education for the benefit of the downtrodden and deprived classes and considered education as a powerful means to achieve social justice and equality. Emphasizing on women's education, he said that only education can make women capable.
On this occasion, Dr. Pooja of Blood Bank Rajindra Hospital, School Principal Neelam, Eye Specialist Dr. J.P.S. Sodhi were also specially honored. On this occasion, Valmiki Dharm Sabha's Patron Naresh Kumar Nindi, Head Rajesh Kala, Chairman Jatinder Kumar Prince, Punjab Incharge of Bhavadhas Arun Dhaliwal, Mohan Lal, Shivaji Dhariwal, Fakir Chand, Hem Raj Bhatti, Kuldeep Mattoo, Bajrang Dal District Coordinator Sunny Pahwa etc. were also honored.
