Garhshankar 22 April:- Deputy Speaker of Punjab Assembly Jai Krishna Singh Raudi today inaugurated development works worth Rs 23.50 lakh in various government schools under Garhshankar Assembly constituency. The Deputy Speaker said that the purpose of providing good facilities to the government schools of the state in every aspect is to teach the students to keep up with the times by providing high level and modern education so that they can compete in the future. They can easily pass the toughest examinations and earn name by achieving such heights with their hard work and dedication, which they dream of.
During his address, the Deputy Speaker said that the Punjab Government has so far provided government jobs to more than 52 thousand youth. He said that in government schools, students' skills are honed and they are motivated to pursue education according to their interests so that after passing 12th, they are able to participate in competitive examinations and serve in posts of their choice. He also said that the drive to make government departments completely corruption-free is also yielding fruitful results.
