Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, 15th October 2024:- Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke has cancelled the license of Premier Consultants Private Limited exercising powers under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012.
Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke informed that Premier Consultants Private Limited, Plot No. E-328, 2nd Floor Phase-8A, Sector-75, Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, owned by Jagdeep Singh Sandhu, son Nihal Singh and Navneet Dhillon wife Jagdeep Singh Sandhu both residents of House No. 282, Taskan Residency, TDI City, Sector-111, Mohali were issued license No. 227/IC dated 31.10.2018 for consultancy work. This license has expired on 30-10-2023.
Additional Deputy Commissioner said that as per the report of Tehsildar, Mohali, the firm and licensee have violated the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012 by not complying with the conditions of the license, closing of office, receiving undelivered letter, not submitting monthly report, not renewing the license, not complying with the conditions of license, not responding to the notices/not giving clarification.
Therefore, in view of the above facts, Shri Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke, IAS, Additional District Magistrate, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar in exercise of powers vested under the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012 has cancelled/cancelled the Premier Consultants License No. 227/IC dated 31.20.2018 issued to the firm Private Limited with immediate effect.
Further as per the Act/Rules if in future any complaint etc. is received against the said Company/Firm/Partnership or its licensees/Directors/Partners of the firm, then the said Company/Director/Partner/Licensee shall be responsible in all the matters and shall also be liable for compensation thereof.
