Lions Club Mohali SAS Nagar (Regd.) and Lion Club Mohali Smiling under the chairmanship of MJF Lion Amit Narula * in collaboration with *Amity University Punjab's NSS Units and Red Ribbon Club * organized a blood donation camp at *Amity University, I. T. City, Sector 82, Mohali.
Giving information to the journalists, the club's Zone Chairperson Lion Amandeep Singh Gulati said that during the camp, 110 units of blood were collected by the PGI team.
After this, the PGI team and the donors were also honored by the Lions Club Mohali by giving them a badge of honor and a certificate.
It would be appropriate to mention here that this is the second time a blood donation camp was organized at Amity University in which the children showed great enthusiasm.
Lion Harinder Pal Singh Harry (Chairman Lion Quest), Lion Jaswinder Singh Leo Advisor, Lion Rajinder Chauhan (Secretary), Lion N.S. Dalam, Lion Sunny Goyal, Lion Jasminder Singh Bedi and other members were present from the club. Leo Agamjot, Leo Rishpreet, Leo Rupakshi and Leo Gurpreet were present from the Leo club.
Dr. Suchet Associate Professor from PGI also specially joined.
During this, MJF Lion Amit Narula thanked the Vice Chancellor of the University Dr. RK Kohli, Registrar Mr. Dilip Kumar, Administrator Colonel Amrit Gohtra, NSS. Volunteers Dr. Bindu, Dr. Damanpreet Singh Chug for the excellent arrangements and the support provided by the staff members.
