MLA and Deputy Commissioner jointly inspected development projects in Chintpurni area; inspected the sites of proposed schemes including day-boarding school.

Una, July 24- MLA Sudarshan Bablu and Deputy Commissioner Una Jatin Lal jointly inspected the proposed site for day-boarding school in Dhandhari Panchayat of Shri Chintpurni Assembly constituency on Thursday. They also inspected the proposed sites for other development projects in the area. During the inspection, they took detailed information from the officials and also gave necessary guidelines.

They also inspected the proposed sites for other development projects in the area. During the inspection, they took detailed information from the officials and also gave necessary guidelines.
MLA Sudarshan Bablu said that education, health and infrastructure are being given priority for the overall development of the area. He said that under the guidance of Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, Rajiv Gandhi Rajkiya Adarsh Day-Boarding School scheme has been started with the aim of providing better and modern education facilities to the children of rural areas. This school will enable children to take part in additional co-educational activities along with providing quality educational environment. Apart from this, focus has been laid on the rapid implementation of other development schemes so that people get their benefits on time.
During the inspection, Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal instructed the officials to thoroughly examine the geographical location, technical aspects and necessary formalities of the proposed sites, so that the construction work can be started smoothly and within the stipulated time frame. He said that such institutions in rural areas will play an important role in the direction of social and educational empowerment.
Officials of the concerned departments were also present during the inspection.
