Chandigarh, June 7 - Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini launched a scathing attack on the Punjab government and said that the government running in Punjab was built on the foundation of lies. This government has neither done any meaningful work for the welfare of the people nor does it have the will to work. Now the people of Punjab have understood this truth.

While talking to journalists in Sangrur, Punjab today, the Chief Minister said that the Punjab government has completely failed to fulfill the promises made during the elections. Their lies have been exposed in Delhi, because lies do not last long. They have no base in Punjab now and in the by-elections to be held in Punjab, people will decide in the right direction.
Mr. Naib Singh Saini said that for the last 11 years, public welfare schemes are being implemented effectively in Haryana under the leadership of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. The public's trust in the policies and working style of the government has continuously strengthened.
He said that the Punjab government has been focusing on its own facilities instead of the facilities of the people. The people of Punjab are wise. Describing the Ludhiana by-election, he said that the people there have made up their mind that Punjab should also progress rapidly under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
The Chief Minister said that the Punjab government is not implementing the welfare schemes of the Central Government, due to which the people there are being deprived of the benefits of these schemes. He said that the Haryana government is purchasing all the crops of the farmers at the Minimum Support Price (MSP). In the same way, the Punjab government should also worry about its farmers and give them a fair price for their crops.
The Chief Minister said that in case of crop loss due to natural disasters, the Haryana government has provided compensation of more than Rs 15,500 crore to the farmers in the last 10 years. Apart from this, vegetable growing farmers are being given relief under the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana. The people of Haryana are also getting the benefit of Ayushman Bharat Yojana, while the people of Punjab are deprived of it.
