Sri Sukhmani Sahib Paath was conducted on the occasion of New Year

SAS Nagar, January 1- Guru Nanak Market Welfare Society (regd) Phase 1 Mohali organized a religious function on the occasion of New Year. Sri Sukhmani Sahib Paath was conducted during this program. Former Cabinet Minister of Punjab Sardar Balbir Singh Sidhu attended the event as the chief guest and paid his obeisance at the feet of Akal Purakh Waheguru for the well-being of all.

On this occasion, Mayor of Municipal Corporation Amarjit Singh Jeeti Sidhu, Senior Deputy Mayor Amrik Singh Somal, Former Chairman of Market Committee Kharar Harkesh Chand Sharma Machhli Kalan, President of Guru Nanak Market Association Rakesh Kumar Rinku, Davinder Kaur Walia, Rajinder Singh Rana, Meena were present. Kondal, Suman Garg, Jagdish Singh Jagga, Ravinder Singh Punjab Motor, Paramjit Singh Happy, Nachattar Singh, Lakhmir Singh Gursahib Singh, senior Congress leader Gurcharan Singh Bhamra, Balbir Singh transporter, Sunil Pinka, Block Congress Mohali president Jaspreet Singh Gill, Gagandeep Singh Dhaliwal, Inderjit Singh Khokhar, Master Ram Saroop Joshi, Navjot Singh Bachhal, PS Virdi, Navi Sandhu, Harcharan Singh Grewal, Sher Singh, Vijay Pal, Vishal Shalu, Amit Bhama, Parminder, Pappu Monga, Manjit Sona, Nikka Ram, Charanjit Arya, Mohanlal, Om Prakash Titu, Satpal Singh, Manjit Monga, Nikka, Zakaria Khan etc were also present. Guru ka Langar was served continuously. 
On the other hand, religious programs were organized at other places in the city to mark the arrival of the new year, in which former cabinet minister Sardar Balbir Singh Sidhu specially participated, bowed before Sri Guru Granth Sahib and prayed for the well-being of all.
