Patiala, November 23: Punjab Health and Family Welfare, Medical Education and Research Minister Dr. Balbir Singh said that giving time to the people to have their say is the real democracy. He said that in this spirit, the Punjab government has made efforts to reach every village and ward under the 'AAP Di Sarkar Aap De Duar' campaign; by reaching out to the entire administration to listen to the problems of the people and solve them on the spot, and the people are also giving a full response to it.

He said that in this spirit, the Punjab government has made efforts to reach every village and ward under the 'AAP Di Sarkar Aap De Duar' campaign; by reaching out to the entire administration to listen to the problems of the people and solve them on the spot, and the people are also giving a full response to it.
The Health Minister had reached out to the people along with the entire administration to listen to the problems of the residents of Tripari, Guru Nanak Nagar, Jujhar Nagar and Ward No. 29 of Patiala and solve them. On this occasion, Punjab Mandi Board Chairman Harchand Singh Burst was also present with him.
Dr. Balbir Singh, while listening to the smallest problems of the residents of the area, directed the officials to solve the problems on the spot and said that the work of the damaged street lights would be completed by December 7.
Taking serious note of the pile of debris being piled up on the road or street after cleaning the sewerage, he instructed the officials. It should be ensured that the debris removed after cleaning the sewerage is removed within 48 hours. Appealing to the people, he said that ramps built outside the gates of houses and other structures that obstruct traffic should not be extended towards the roads or streets.
This causes disruption in traffic and there is a risk of accidents. He said that the face of villages and wards can be changed only with the cooperation of the people, so people should cooperate with the government and the administration so that development work can be done more quickly. For the third consecutive day, he visited different localities and wards to listen to the problems of the people of Patiala Rural constituency.
The Health Minister said that in the last two and a half years, unprecedented work has been done to provide basic facilities to the people, which includes the transformation of Aam Aadmi Clinics and government hospitals in the health sector. Similarly, in the field of education, a major education reform has been made to make students self-employed through the School of Eminence. On this occasion, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Urban Development) Navreet Kaur Sekhon, Joint Commissioner Municipal Corporation Deepjot Kaur, Civil Surgeon Dr. Jatinder Kansal, Advocate Rahul Saini, Jasvir Singh Gandhi, Major RPS Malhotra, Pritpal Singh Bhandari, Ravinder Singh (Ravi), Harvinderpal Singh, Charanjit Singh SK, Jagdev Singh Dhindsa, Amarjit Singh Bhatia, Rupali Garg, Kiran, Pradeep Singh, Manjit Singh, Surinder Singh, Bram Prakash, Resham Singh and a large number of other residents were present.
