Deeply saddened to learn about the train derailment tragedy in Vijayanagaram district of Andhra Pradesh, where precious lives were lost and many injured. It seems that after the Balasore train accident, all the security claims of the central government have come to nothing. The same enthusiasm for flagging off trains with fanfare and publicity should be converted into action for railway safety and welfare of crores of passengers.
